At present, all indie art & design store payments are processed by Paypal. As you proceed through the Checkout, you will be taken to a Paypal payment processing page. If you already have a Paypal account, you may log in & continue through to the success confirmation page.If you do not have a Paypal account, you have two choices. 1. You can process payment from your credit card or bank account without saving any of your address or payment details through Paypal OR2. You can register for a Paypal account (fast & free), then log in & proceed with payment.The current email address for our Paypal account is cp@delphinus.net. (Delphinus Creative is our graphic design studio.) You will see this email address listed on the Paypal web site as the "merchant email".Please also note that 10% GST is added to the price of all goods being shipped within Australia. GST is not added to the price of goods being shipped overseas. Since Paypal is an American-based site, the GST shows up in the Paypal transaction details as VAT (an American tax) - it is not VAT but GST - Paypal takes any tax field and assumes that it is VAT. You will receive a printed tax invoice from indie art & design with your order showing an itemised product listing as well as the GST amount.(In the future, we will be introducing payment processing by credit card through the indie art & design site itself.)N.B. If you experience any problems during the checkout or payment process, please contact us (email nineteen.toes@indie.com.au) & we will do our best to sort everything out asap! We are friendly & approachable, and use a "no more tears" formula!The following are a few tips in case of bewilderment:1. You must be a registered indie art & design user to purchase online through the indie art & design store. 2. You must also be logged in. (If you've forgotten your password, you can have it reset & emailed to you using the link top left.)3. After you add an item to your cart and press submit, a shopping cart description will appear in the left column (near the top of the page). It tells you the quantity & items currently in your cart. 4. You may continue browsing through the shopping pages or anywhere on the indie art & design site, and the shopping cart description will stay sitting in the left column, ready for you to proceed to checkout.5. When you are finished adding items to your cart and would like to proceed with the transaction, click on "Checkout". (The link is in the shopping cart description as described above.)6. You will be taken to a summary page, where you can review your cart contents, and may remove items if you've changed your mind. From there, you will be prompted through the payment process. (Your shipping & billing addresses will be saved in your "Address Book" so that you can select them with ease in the future.)7. After payment has been successfully processed through Paypal, you will receive the following emails:
- Order confirmation from indie art & design
- Payment confirmation from Paypal
- Shipping notification from indie art & design once your order has been shipped
